Port Jervis
ARTS WALK 2009

2009 Port Jervis Arts Walk Procedures

Registration and Set Up
On the morning of the event, artists will receive space assignments at the registration
table. Set up time is from 9 am to 11 am. Please remove your vehicle from the site as
soon as it is unloaded. Municipal parking is available nearby.

Art
All art and crafts must be created work of the exhibitor or a responsible
representative. Commercially manufactured items or items made from kits may not
be included. The Arts Walk Committee reserves the right to audit all items on display, and may request removal of any item and all items that do not meet the criteria.

Displays
Each artist will be assigned one 10” by 15” space. Artists need to supply all
tables, chairs and display materials. Art needs to remain within the boundaries of the assigned space. All displays should be skirted or covered to the ground to conceal all boxes and packing materials.
The display is to remain in the assigned space for the entire Arts Walk, which is 11 am to 6 pm, with no debris or litter left behind.

Please make sure the display can withstand wind and weather. The Port Jervis
Arts Walk is NOT responsible for any damage to any artwork, for any reason. It is the artist’s responsibility to insure that all artwork is safe from all possible hazards.

By applying to participate in the Arts Walk, the artist agrees to comply with all procedures. The Arts Walk Committee reserves the right to exclude artists from future events for non-compliance of any of the procedures outlined above.
