The Port Jervis Arts Walk is NOT responsible for any damage to any artwork, for any reason. It is the artist’s responsibility to insure that all artwork is safe from all possible hazards. By applying to participate in the Arts Walk, the artist agrees to comply with all procedures. The Arts Walk Committee reserves the right to exclude artists from future events for non-compliance of any of the procedures outlined above. |
